Downloads & Refunds
Download Policy
At The UnPNK Flamingo, we offer instant access to your favorite digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a link to download your items. Please ensure that you save your downloads securely, as we cannot guarantee re-access after a certain timeframe.
For any issues with your downloads, please reach out to our support team. We're here to ensure that your experience is smooth and enjoyable, just as it should be when you shop with us.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is made. However, if you encounter a problem with your download or if it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
